The project area includes a large wetland that spans several lots throughout the development. The <br />wetland is being encumbered with the required drainage and utility easement. The grading plan <br />shows a portion of the wetland being filled in order to create enough area for a building pad. The <br />grading plan shows mitigation areas to replace the proposed wetland fill area.
