Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 05-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY MEADOWS 5th <br />ADI)ITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, T.M.H. Development, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied lbr final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing .at a point on the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as it is now <br />laid out and traveled, said point being 93 feet southeasterly, as measured along said <br />center line, from the northeasterly extension of the southeasterly line of Block 3 <br />Gorham's Addition; thence south 64 degrees 18 minutes west on a line parallel to the <br />southeasterly line of said Block 3 a distance of 340 feet to the point of beginning of <br />land to be described; thence continue south 64 degrees 18 minutes west on same <br />described line a distance of 36.78 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the left <br />having a radius of I03.25 feet a distance of 113.96 feet; thence south 1 degree 03 <br />minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 345.42 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to <br />the right having a radius of I15.75 feet a distance of 121.49 feet thence south 61 <br />degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds west a distance of 286.99 feet; thence north 1 degree 03 <br />minutes 40 seconds east a distance of 534.42 feet to a point which is 160 feet <br />southeasterly of, as measured at right angles to, the southwesterly extension of the <br />northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence north 64 degrees, 18 minutes east on a line <br />parallel to the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said Block 3 a <br />distance of 57.52 feet; thence north 11 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds west a distance <br />or' 164.92 feet to a point on the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of said <br />Block 3; thence northeasterly on said southwesterly extension a distance of 110 feet to a <br />point which is 330 feet southwesterly of the northwest comer of said Block 3 said <br />distance being measured along the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line of <br />said Block 3; thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 160 feet; thence <br />northeasterly on a line parallel to the southwesterly extension of the southeasterly line <br />ol' said Block 3 a distance of 220 feet; thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of <br />33 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to 149th Lane NW. <br /> <br />(the 'Subject Property'); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 6, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition from T.M.H. Development, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 6, 2005; and <br /> <br /> <br />
