WHEREAS, on February 3, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition from T.M.H. Development, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> WttEREAS, on March 3, 2005, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition and <br />recommended City Council approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the' preliminary plat <br />and recommended that park dedication fees be paid to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on June 14, 2005, the City Council approved the preliminary plat subject to' <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated February 25, 2005, revised June 10, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 24, 2005, the Developer submitted the final plat documents for <br />Ramsey Meadows 5t~ Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CouNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Meadows 5th <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 22, 2005 <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the lbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the Ibllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 26th day of July, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//05-07- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
