The plan that has been depicted is representative of the style of <br />townhomcs that may be built, but each builder will come to the City for building permits. <br />Regarding the utilities and the early start on construction, in order to meet building code a <br />durable access is needed for emergency vehicles. That road was substantially completed this <br />a£temoon. The objective of RTC is to have the municipal utilities connected by the time of the <br />l'aradc of Homes. He can assure the Council there will be an operable fire hydrant on the site. <br />WI'C will not be asking for occupancy permits for the Parade of Homes. <br /> <br />Councihnember Elvig noted an operable fire hydrant on the site would address the concerns <br />regarding a precedent being set. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt Resolution <br />#05-06-193 to approve the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
