The plans <br />were received July 12, 2005. Our comments are grouped by plan set. The following <br />comments need to be addressed prior to receiving approval of the final plat: <br /> <br />P~tge 3 <br /> <br />The shaded rectangles must be labeled to with sheet numbers. <br /> <br />l)agc 4 <br /> · 'Fhe some of the numbers for the notes do not line up with the notes. <br /> <br />?age 9, 10 <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easements must cover the area covered by the 100 year <br />event. The easements should be shown on the grading plan. <br />The typical service detail shows the water shutoff 9 ft into the property.
