The plans <br />were received July 12, 2005. The following comments need to be addressed prior to receiving <br />approval of the final plat: <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />Conductivity must be provided from the watermain to the end of the 2" water <br />services. <br /> <br />Update the hydrant detail. <br /> <br />Page I6 <br /> · Catch basins are not accepted in radius of curbs. <br /> <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />Revise note at 148th Terrace to "Adjacent Property Owner" instead of "Town <br />Center Gardens Development". <br /> <br />]'age 24 <br /> <br />The grading plan shows the tie in of contours off the site as requested, however, <br />the contours tie into the existing grades along 147th Lane. It is anticipated that 8° <br />addition will be under construction at the same time. An overall grading plan is <br />required for 8th, 9th and 10th additions showing how the proposed grading for each <br />phase ties together. <br />The proposed storm sewer system must be reviewed with the goal of directing <br />runoff to the existing wetland in North Park to provide recharge for this wetland. <br /> <br /> <br />
