REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT AND FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL OF <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER I0Ta ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br /> By: Amy Geisler, AICP, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ramscy ri'own Center, LLC has submitted a final plat and site plan to develop 44 small-lot <br />single-fhmily homes on approximately 9.77 acres in Ramsey Town Center Addition. This <br />district allows for a mix of residential uses at a net density up to 10 units per acre. As submitted, <br />the final plat for the l0th Addition has a net density of 6.5 units per acre (not including the outlot <br />to the west). The overall site (including the 8th, 9th, and l0th Additions)has a net density of 4.75 <br />units per acre (not including the park or outlot). The City Council approved a Comprehensive <br />Plan A~ncndment to change the land use designation on this property from Low- and Medium- <br />Density Residential on June 28, 2005; Staff has sent the Amendment to the Metropolitan Council <br />~br review and approval. <br /> <br />The development is proposing small-lot single family homes. The Applicant has submitted <br />architectural elevations representative of what will be built in Ramsey Town Center l0th <br /> <br /> <br />
