The wetland mitigation plan has been <br />approved by the LRRWMO as originally submitted. These plans will require <br />revision of the wetland mitigation plan. Approval of lots 1~6, Block 2 is <br />contingent upon approval of the revised wetland mitigation plan by the <br />LRRWMO. <br /> <br />Page 15-17 <br /> · The City and Lower Rum River WMO (LRRWMO) rules require the loWest floor <br /> elevation to be 2 feet above the 100 year flood elevation. The LRRWMO does <br /> have a calculation procedure for placing floors below the 100 year level of <br /> backyard ponding areas such as this. The RTC 9th Addition plans provide most of the <br /> required continuation notes.
