COMMENTS & RESPONSES

The traffic analysis is ~olear whether the railroad preemption.has been incorpurated into
the analysis, The preemption would impact the level of service analysis for TH 10. If
this has not been incorporated it should be added to the analysis. In addition, the
connection of Puma Street to TI-I I0 was not part of the traffic analysis, This skeet
appears to connect as a tight/n right out, This intersection should aisc be added to the
analysis.

The close proximity of TH t0 to the raikoad limits the ability to construct a standard
acceleration lane on the highway from Armstrong Boulevard. The proposed fmc xight.
would bo a safety concern without a standard acceleration lane.
