Councilmembcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESO1,UTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR T. H. #47 <br />PEDESTRIAN UNDERPASS <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council approved the plans and specifications and the <br />advcrtiscment for bids for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass, <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law on July 26, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following bids were received for T.H. #47 Pedestrian Underpass <br /> I, Vill be filled in from bid tabulation <br />Bidder Bid $ <br /> <br />Engineers Estimate <br /> <br />$390,000.00 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with in the name of the City of Ramsey for T.H. #47 Pedestrian <br />Underpass in the amount of $ <br /> <br />Thc motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken theron, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
