d. Acreage and zoning of subject property. <br />e. Location and size of enclosure and exercise area, compliant with <br />subsection (g) Miscellaneous Maintenance Standards. <br />i. Setbacks for rooster or crowing hen enclosure and exercise area <br />shall be fifty (50) feet from any neighboring place of human <br />habitation and seventy five (75) feet from neighboring property <br />lines. <br />(3) Rooster(s) or crowing hen(s) shall be in compliance with all applicable code <br />standards, including Chapter 30-5 (b) outlining allowable sound levels. <br />(c) Animal unit.
