NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey desires to work cooperatively with Anoka County to safely <br />accommodate increased traffic volumes on Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116 <br />between Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard/CSAH 57 <br />during the proposed improvements along U.S. Highway 10/169 between 2022 and <br />2025, and beyond. <br />2) That the Mayor, City Administrator, City Engineer and City Attorney are hereby <br />directed to execute the Joint Powers Agreement for the interim improvements to <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116 between Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard/CSAH 57. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of July, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #21-222 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
