Counci hncmbcr Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-129 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />OPERATE A SIGN BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />ON TIlE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6160 GREEN VALLEY ROAD NW BASED ON <br />FINI)INGS OF FACT #0719 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05-05-128 adopting <br />Findings ol~ Fact #0719 for this use and herein approves the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May 10, 2005 an Interim Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Robert (;uzzo ("Permit Holder") to operate a sign business in a detached accessory structure <br />located on thc property generally known as 6160 Green Valley Road NW and legally described <br /> follows: <br /> <br />lx)t 1, Block 2, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for a sign business to operate within a detached accessory <br />structure that is located on the Subject Property for six (6) months and shall terminate on <br />November 10, 2005. <br /> <br />'l'hat thc established business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. <br /> <br />~l'hat the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or 20 trips within a 24-hour period, and vehicular traffic <br />trips include deliveries, and customer and employee trips. <br /> <br />That off-street loading and unloading areas shall be provided by the Permit Holder to <br />accommodate all deliveries to the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That thc Permit Holder is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries can be <br />accommodated in a safe manner on the Subject Property and without interfering with <br />lra['fic along Green Valley Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
