That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the accessory structure located <br />on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That thc Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.08 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of all private-use and commercial vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />'I'hat there shall be no more than three (3) non-resident employees, including partners, <br />whether they are temporary, part-time, or full-time employees, at any given time. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />thc same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />o1' thc Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />Il. <br /> <br />Thc Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That For this use to continue after this Permit expires, the Permit Holder must apply for a <br />home occupation permit and meet all the required criteria for a home occupation permit, <br />including a maximum of two (2) non-resident employees/business partners. <br /> <br />Thc Permit Itolder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />cn tbrcemcnt of this Permit. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />l,;lvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councihnember Jeffrey <br />Councihnember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />(?ouncilmcnabcr Strommen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-129 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
