<br />1)That the City of Ramsey desires to work cooperatively with Anoka County to safely <br />accommodate increased traffic volumes on Bunker Lake Boulevard/CSAH 116 between <br />Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard/CSAH 57 during the <br />proposed improvements along U.S. Highway 10/169 between 2022 and 2025, and <br />beyond. <br /> <br /> <br />2)That the Mayor, City Administrator, City Engineer and City Attorney are hereby directed <br />to execute the Joint Powers Agreement for the interim improvements to Bunker Lake <br />Boulevard/CSAH 116 between Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard/CSAH 57. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howel <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 27 day of July 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Resolution #21-222 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
