<br />a.Successful rezoning of the portions of the property currently zoned R-3 High Density <br />Residential to R-2 Medium Density Residential and approval of a Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />b.Any future project maintaining low-density residential (80 foot wide lots) along the <br />north and west property lines, which are shared property lines with Rural Developing <br />lots, which meets the City’s goals of maintaining rural character and urban growth. <br /> <br />c.Successful approval by the Metropolitan Council (noted in items 2 – 3 below). <br /> <br /> <br />2)That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use designation of the Subject Property to Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br /> <br />3)That this land use change shall become effective concurrent with the City’s receipt of <br />notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heineman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 24 day of August, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #21-229 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />
