Commissioner Van Scoy noted the City has a green space corridor, and asked if Trott Brook is <br />part of that corridor. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler indicated that will be looked at by the Park Commission at the <br />preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />Motion carried. She indicated that the property is 3.5 acres in size <br /> and is surrounded by a3r,~age lots that are serviced by on-site septic and well systems as well as <br /> properties that are served by~ty sewer and water. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald explaine~hat all the proposed lots appear to meet urban single-family <br />start width, size~: and fro'X~ge on a public road.
