AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECI'ION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />Thc tlollowing described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, <br /> Minncsota, as donated and dedicated by said plat of Ramsey Town Center Addition. <br /> <br /> and <br /> <br /> Outlot 1::, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said plat ofRamsey-Town Center Addition <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
