SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />Thc fbllowing is the official summary of Ordinance #05- which has been approved by the <br />C. ity Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 7.03 entitled Contractors is amended by removing the authority from the Zoning Officer <br />and placing it with the Building Official. This is in accordance with State Statute. The <br />applications will be processed by the Building Department staff versus forwarding to the City <br />Clcrk. Thc list of contractors was lengthened to add commercial as well as moving & wrecking <br />buildings, plastering & outside stucco work or lathing, gas installation, siding, sign and billboard <br />erecting, swimming pool installers, septic tank and cesspool pumping, lawn irrigation installers <br />and pole barn, barn construction including erection, alteration or repair of buildings. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
