L <br /> <br />That copies of the Draft EAW were placed in the Technology and Science Library, the <br />Legislative Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch. <br /> <br />That the deadline for comment on the EAW was July 20, 2005. <br /> <br />That the City received comments from five governmental agencies, Anoka Conservation <br />District, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources, and Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />That the City did not received any comments from the public regarding the Draft EAW. <br /> <br />ri'hat responses to the comments received are shown on Attachment A. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development, the Draft <br />EAW, and the responses to comments received has determined the following: <br /> <br />1) That the EAW does/does not properly address mandatory environmental review issues <br /> pertaining to the proposed Brookfield Addition. <br />2) That the responses to comments received by Anoka Conservation District, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, <br /> and the Metropolitan Council do/do not properly answer and address the issues raised in <br /> their review of the Draft EAW. <br />3) That further environmental review is/is not needed for the proposed Brookfield Addition <br /> by Oakwood Land Development. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
