WHEREAS, based upon the oral and written comments received by the City of Ramsey <br />has prepared written responses and found there is no potential for significant environmental <br />impacts as a result of the project. The comments and responses are appended to this resolution, as <br />are the Findings of Fact # <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Ramsey in its capacity of being the RGU, makes a negative declaration <br />tbr the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Brookfield Addition, <br />based on Findings of Fact # , attached herewith. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the fi~llowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the fi)llowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of August, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05-152 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
