Traftic: The daily trip rate as indicated by MnDOT is correct. The EAW traffic appendix has been updated, and the new corrected page is attached. This trat:lSc study is to determine the impacts of this development on the roadway system. The current update o I' the comprehensive plan for the City will determine the future regional impacts of developments that will occur throughout the City. Regional traffic growth will affect the county and state highway systems in the future. This development area will affect the highway system but concerns from this development are responded to in the EAW traffic mitigation measures. This development and other developments combined in the area to the regional traffic will affect the system. Many improvements to the highway system will need to be completed as background traffic grows and these developments are constructed as indicated in the EAW. q'his study does not indicate that TH 47 is identified for expansion and expansion is not noted as a mitigation ~neasure. This study also does not indicate any future plans or mitigation measures for TH 10. qbe total nmnber of trips that will access those roadways is minimal and unlikely to warrant mitigation. Drainage: Storm water calculations and drainage maps will be submitted as part of the permitting process. State Aid Route: Any work on Armstrong Boulevard, also known as County State Aid Route 83, will meet State Aid rules and policies. Anoka County will be given a chance to review and approve any changes to its County State Aid system, in order to stay within its system limitations.
