Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-08- 5 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT REGARDING MAKING A DETERMINATION THAT AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) IS NOT NEEDED FOR THE SWEETBAY RIDGE DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for a sketch plan to develop 102 acres on the property located within the City of Ramsey as shown on Attachment A (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c) of the State subdivision proposed by the Developer is required to Assessment Worksheet (EAW) prepared. of Minnesota Rules, the have an Environmental NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating to the request are determined to be as follows: l. That on June l 3, 2005, the City of Ramsey released the Draft EAW for the Sweetbay Ridge Development; and 2. That on June 17, 2005, public notice on the availability of the Draft EAW appeared in the Ar~oka County Union. 3. That on June 20, 2005, public notice on the availability of the Draft EAW appeared in the State of Minnesota Environmental Quality Board's publication the EQB Monitor. 4. That the Draft EAW was sent to the following agencies for review and comment: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers U.S. Environmental Protection Agency U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services Board of Water and Soil Resources Minnesota Department of Agriculture Minnesota Department of Health Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Minnesota Department of Transportation Minnesota Environmental Quality Board Minnesota Historical Society Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Metropolitan Council
