Anoka County That copies of the Draft EAW were placed in the Technology and Science Library, the Legislative Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch. That the deadline l~br comment on the EAW was July 20, 2005. That the City received comments from six governmental agencies, Anoka Conservation District, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Metropolitan Council. That the City did not received any comments from the public regarding the Draft EAW. '['hat responses to the comments received are shown on Attachment A. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development, the Draft EAW, and the responses to comments received has determined the following: 1) That the EAW does/does not properly address mandatory environmental review issues pertaining to the proposed Sweetbay Ridge Development. 2) That the responses to comments received by Anoka Conservation District, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Metropolitan Council do/do not properly answer and address the issues raised in their review of the Draft EAW. 3) That further environmental review is/is not needed for the proposed Sweetbay Ridge Development by Oakwood Land Development.
