Grading/Utilities. The applicant received permission to begin grading work after preliminary plat <br />approval. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 5, 2005 <br />2. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />3. Approval of the request for easement vacation on the Subject Property <br />4.
