ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City o[' Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> q'he drainage and utility easements encumbering Outlot B, Town Center Gardens according to <br /> the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> And <br /> <br /> The drainage and utility easements encumbering Outlots A and B, Town Center Gardens 2nd <br /> Addition according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECT[ON 3.
