CASE # <br /> <br />RECEIVE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 SANITARY SEWER WATERMAIN <br />AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO <br /> OAK TERRACE ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK <br /> By: Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 26, 2005 a public hearing was held on the above project and plans and <br />specifications for the project were ordered by the City Council. Recall that this project <br />proposes to extend city sewer, water and storm sewer improvements to this mobile home <br />trailer park located along T.H. 10. This project will be financed through a special <br />assessment to thc mobile home park in accordance with City Code and Minnesota Statues <br />Chapter 429. It is desired to have utilities extended to the mobile home park by <br />November 1,2005. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff rccommends that the City Council accept plans and specifications and order the <br />advcrtising for bids for Improvement Project 02-40 Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm <br />Sewer hnprovements to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution 05-08-XXX to accept plans and specifications and order the <br />advcrtising for bids for Improvement Project 02-40 Sanitary Sewer, Water and Storm <br />Sewcr Improvements to Oak Terrace Estates Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br />Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 08/09/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
