Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #02-40 (SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO OAK TERRACE ESTATES MOBILE <br />IIOME PARK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted on July 26, 2005, plans and specifications have <br />been prepared for the above referenced project by Hakanson Anderson Associates. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are <br />hereby approved. <br />The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and thc following abstained: <br />and the l'ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />9th day of August, 2005. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
