The Comprehensive Plan states that the City will work to identify the potential of <br />this area for urban services. In 2003, the City applied for a Metropolitan Council Livable Communities <br />Grant to study the development potential in the Central Rural Urban Reserve. The City was awarded a <br />grant in the amount of $33,000.00. <br /> <br />Hoisington Koegler Group has submitted the attached contract proposal for the study, in a not to <br />exceed amount of $33,000.00. The grant funds must be expended 'by December 31, 2005. <br /> <br />Acknowledgement of this memo shall serve as authority for the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />execute the contract with Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. for the Central Rural Urban Reserve Study. <br /> <br />sdf <br /> <br /> <br />
