Anoka County Contract No. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Upon completion of approximately 50% of the work on the TH 10 Access Management <br />Plan, Ramsey shall bill the County for one-half of the County's share of the cost of the <br />TH 10 Access Management Plan, not to exceed $12,500. Upon completion of the <br />remaining 50% of the work on the TH 10 Access Management Plan, Ramsey shall bill <br />the County for the remaining one-half of the County's share of the cost oft he TH 10 <br />Access Management Plan, not to exceed $12,500, based on the actual consultant <br />contract awarded. Total billing of the County by Ramsey will not exceed $25,000' in <br />accordance with item B, above. <br /> <br />IV. TERM <br /> <br />This agreement shall continue until terminated as provided hereinafter. <br /> <br />V. DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS <br /> <br /> All funds disbursed by each party pursuant to this Agreement shall be disbursed by each <br />entity pursuant to the method provided by law. <br /> <br />VI. C. ONTRACTS AND PURCHASES <br /> <br /> All contracts and purchases made pursuant to this Agreement shall be disbursed by Ramsey <br />conlbrmance to the State Laws. <br /> <br />VII. STRICT ACCOUNTABILITY <br /> <br /> A strict accounting shall be made of all funds and report of all receipts and disbursements <br />shall be made upon request by any party. <br /> <br />VIII. TERMINATION <br /> <br /> This agreement may be terminated by any of the parties at any time, with or without cause, <br />upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice delivered by mail or in person to the other <br />parties. If notice is delivered by mail, it shall be deemed to be received two (2) days after <br />mailing. Such termination shall not be effective with respect to any solicitation of bids or any <br />purchases of services or goods which occurred prior to such notice of termination. Each party <br />shall pay its pro rata share of costs which Ramsey incurred prior to such notice of termination. <br /> <br />IX. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION <br /> <br /> In accordance with the County's Affirmative Action Policy and the County <br />Commissioners' policies against discrimination, no person shall illegally be excluded from full- <br />time employment rights in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination <br />in thc program which is the subject of this Agreement o the basis ofrace~ creed, color, sex, <br />marital status, public assistance status, age, disability or national origin. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
