Anoka County Contract No. <br /> <br /> · JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />FOR TH 10 ACCESS MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement is made and entered into this __ day of ,2005, by and between <br />the County of' Anoka, a political subdivision o£the State of Minnesota, 2100 Third Avenue, <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the City of Ramsey, 15153 <br />Nowthcn Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303, hereinafter referred to as "Ramsey". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to this Agreement desire to jointly develop an Access Management Plan <br />fi)r TH 10 within the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties agree that it is in their best interest that t~e cost o£said project be shared:, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said work will be carded out in accordance with the provisions of Minn. State. <br />§471.59; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually stipulated and agreed: <br /> <br />[. PURPOSE: <br /> <br />The County and Ramsey have joined together for the purpose of an Access Management Plan for <br />TH 10 in the City of Ramsey. . <br /> <br />METHOD: <br /> <br />Ramsey shall coordinate the consultant agreement for said TH 10 Access Management Plan. <br />The County shall each have a representative on the project team. <br /> <br />III. COSTS: <br /> <br />The contract cost of the work shall constitute the actual costs and shall be so referred to <br />herein. "Estimated costs" are good faith projections of the costs, which will be incurred <br />for this project. The estimated cost is $250,000, of which $200,000 has been provided <br />in a Federal Appropriations grant to the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />B. The County shall pay up to $25,000 of the actual costs. <br /> <br />Cl. Ramsey shall pay up to $25,000 of the actual costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
