Councilmcmbcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> PAID ON-CALL FIRE FIGHTERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, several paid on-call fire fighters began working for the City July 14, <br />2005 and were subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the fire fighters have completed the required one-year probationary <br />period and the necessary training; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its August 9, 2005 meeting agreed <br />wilh the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for Derek Dodds, Jeff <br />Erickson, Brad Jorgensen and Kim Suchy, effective July 26, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Derek Dodds, Jeff Erickson, <br />Brad Jorgcnsen and Klm Suchy, effective July 26, 2005. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof': <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the tbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9"' day of August 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
