squeaky wheel get oiled first as they were very persistent, if not down right unpleasant <br />regarding the situation both with the city and with us and other neighbors. <br /> <br />It would seem to me that as you suggested in your letter to Mark Standlund of Shade Tree <br />dated September 30, 2004, that the two yards in the drainage easement, Lot 24 & 23 need <br />to be regarded to help with water flow/drainage with our hole being filled in (possibly <br />drain tile installed) and with our neighbors at Lot 23 having the small hill with an oak <br />wilt dying tree removed.
