The contractor was not allowed access to <br />tlxe trees at that time. City representatives subsequently met with .you and together you arr/ved at a <br />so|~ttion r.o remove the trees. This letter summarizes the a~eement. <br /> <br />Yol.~ are authorized to solicit q~otes from contractors and arrange to have the trees removed. The city will <br />reimburse you up to $1500.00 for this work upon submittal of a copy of the invoice to the city.
