Mayor Gamec indicated the Sohn's will need to come in to the City and speak with Chris <br />Anderson, who will inform them of the proper procedure. <br /> <br />Ms. Sohn explained she was informed that a conditional use permit or an interim use permit <br />would be needed. The cost to apply for the permit would be $250, plus an additional $400 to put <br />ttp all the notification signs. She was told not to even bother doing this due to the location where <br />they live. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc suggested Ms. ? contact the Councilmembers individually to request they come <br />and review the situation. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman requested Case No. 8 be tabled. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich requested the addition of Case No. 10B, dealing with the 160th Lane <br />condemnation proceedings. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson, and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None.
