It is our understanding that our scope of services <br />will include the following: <br /> <br />° Meetings with City Staff and Council Presentations <br />° Meet with Met Council to discuss treatment alternatives (up to 2 meetings) <br />° Develop sanitary sewer flow projections for the proposed service area based on proposed land use <br />- Determine drainage areas utilizing aerial topography <br />° Develop proposed sanitary sewer sub-district boundaries and establish proposed sanitary sewer <br /> collection points <br />· Develop a proposed sanitary sewer trunk system to serve the proposed sub-districts <br />· Establish the approximate locations for lift stations where necessary <br />· t:;valuate potential locations for a new wastewater treatment facility to serve the proposed service <br /> area <br /> <br />Bolton & Menk proposes to perform the above-mentioned services for a lmnp sum fee of $18,000.
