The first <br />addition was platted in 2004. The site is located south of TH 10 and west of Feldspar Street. <br />The site was platted as an outlot in Rivenwick Village.' The proposed development will consist <br />of three commercial buildings on two lots. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The site is 4 acres. Cash dedication for the parks will be $17,424 (4 acres @ $4,356.00). Trail <br />fees will be $4,360.00 (4 acres @ $i,090.00). <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation--' <br /> <br />Staff recommends accepting park dedication in cash 'and trail dedication in cash. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept park dedication in cash.
