Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th Quote �$ 13,081.50 $ 20,032.25 <br />Hydro-Klean, LLC submitted the lowest responsible quotes, based on the submitted quotes, Staff recommends <br />accepting the proposals for Sunwood Drive & Waco Street and Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th televising from <br />Hydro-Klean LLC at a total cost of $25,391.80. <br />The Contractor is required to complete their work within 45 working days of the notice to proceed issued by the <br />City. <br />Leak Testing Quotes — Watermain <br />Leak testing watermain informs Staff of any leaks in the municipal watermain system within the project area. For <br />the same reasons noted earlier, if a leak is discovered the repair work will be completed as part of the pavement <br />management project. <br />Staff requested proposals for each street reconstruction project from the two contractors known to perform this <br />work. Proposals for each project were received from only one of the contractors, which are tabulated below. <br />Project Water Conservation Services, Inc <br />Sunwood Drive & Waco Street Quote $ 435.00 <br />Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th Quote $ 435.00 <br />J <br />Water Conservation Services, Inc. submitted the lone quotes, which in Staff's opinion are responsible and <br />reasonable quotes. Based on the submitted quotes, Staff recommends accepting the proposals for Sunwood Drive & <br />Waco Street and Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th water leak testing from Water Conservation Services Inc. at a total <br />cost of $870.00. <br />The Contractor is required to complete their work within 30 working days of the notice to proceed issued by the <br />City. <br />Notification: <br />No notifications are required with this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #21-240 accepting municipal utility testing proposals for 2022 pavement management <br />program projects. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this work is proposed to come from the respective utility enterprise (Sewer, Stormwater Utility and <br />Water) funds.
