CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Riley reconvened the Work Session of the City Council to order at 8:05 p.m. <br />The City Council went into closed session at 8:06 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.06: Discussion Regarding Union Contract Negotiations for AFSCE, LELS-Patrol, LELS- <br />Sergeants & LELS-Captains (Portions of this Discussion Closed to the Public) <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher explained that the purpose of the case is for the Council <br />to discuss union contract negotiations for AFSCME, LELS-Patrol, LELS-Sergeants, and LELS- <br />Captains. <br />Motion by Councilmember Heineman, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to adjourn the <br />Closed Session. <br />Motion carried. <br />The Closed Session was adjourned at 8:54 p.m. <br />The meeting reconvened to Open Session at 8:54 p.m. <br />Closed Session Meeting/ August 10, 2021 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
