WItEREAS, based upon the oral and written comments received by the City of Ramsey <br />has prepared written responses and found there is no potential for significant environmental <br />im pacts as a result of the project. The comments and responses are appended to this resolution, as <br />arc the }:indings of Fact #0736. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I.
