October 10. 2021 • Mechanic — Full-time position, rate of pay is $27.68 — $32.15/hour — DOQ. Performing skilled mechanical services including, but not limited to, automobiles, squad cars, heavy and light equipment and other City -owned vehicles and equipment. Candidates must possess a Minnesota commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with both air brake & tanker endorsements. This is an AFSCME union position, and will be subject to DOT random drug & alcohol testing. This position is open until 11:59 pin on Wednesday. October 20. 2021 • Recreation Snecialist — Part-time, twenty (20) hours per week position, rate of pay is $22.585 — $24.843/hour — DOQ. This position, under the general guidance and direction of the Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent, will facilitate the development and ongoing administration of diverse annual recreational programs serving all ages and demographics. There is some flexibility within the Monday — Friday / 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule. Longer hours are required on Thursdays during the Summer Concert Series (mid - June to the end of August). Paid leave benefits (sick, vacation & holidays) are pro -rated based on hours worked per pay -period. This is an AFSCME union position. This position is open until 11:59 pin on Sunday.
