Upon <br />separation pursuant to this Section, 100% of this compensation shall be deposited into <br />the EMPLOYEE'S post -employment healthcare savings plan. <br />ARTICLE 11: SICK LEAVE <br />11,1 Every probationary and regular EMPLOYEE is entitled to sick leave with pay at the <br />rate of eight hours for each calendar month of full-time service. Sick leave may be <br />accumulated to a maximum of 960 hours and may be granted in units of not less than 2 <br />hours. Unused sick leave in excess of 960 hours at the end of a calendar year (January <br />lst) shall be deposited into the health care savings plan (HCSP) at the EMPLOYEE'S <br />9 <br />
