NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from <br />North Valley, Inc. for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey for additional mill and overlay <br />improvements on 156th Lane NW from 200 feet west of Yakima Street to Juniper Ridge Drive as <br />part of the 2021 Additional Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />28th day of September, 2021. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #21-285 <br />2 of 2 <br />
