Trott Brook Crossing EAW August 2021 <br />It is anticipated that the project area will develop over approximately the next seven years, but the <br />actual timing of development could vary depending on the demand for housing and market <br />conditions. Fourteen other projects proposed in the City of Ramsey are expected to develop during <br />this time period. These projects and their geographic locations are described under Item 19.b below. <br />b. Describe any reasonably foreseeable future projects (for which a basis of expectation has been <br />laid) that may interact with environmental effects of the proposed project within the geographic <br />scales and timeframes identified above. <br />The City of Ramsey is reviewing and has recently approved other development projects that are <br />located within 3.6 miles from the Trott Brook Crossing development site (Table 13). These projects <br />include single-family homes, industrial buildings and commercial buildings. Projects in close <br />proximity to Trott Brook Crossing could potentially interact to result in cumulative effects. <br />32 <br />
