3.2 Groundwater <br />Groundwater was encountered in 10 of the 12 soil borings while drilling and sampling at <br />depths ranging from about 7 1/2 to 19 1/2 feet below the ground surface corresponding to <br />elevations ranging from about 863 to 881 1/2 feet above mean sea level. The observed water <br />levels while drilling and sampling are summarized in Table 1. <br />Table 1. Seasonal and annual fluctuations in the <br />groundwater levels should be expected. <br />4 <br />
