Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Request for Vacation of Easements in Ramsey Town <br />Center 8th, 9th, and l0th Additions; Case of Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:23 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public ltearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that the City Council approved the final <br />plats of Ramsey Town Center 8th, 9th, and 10th Additions on July 26, 2005. These plats are a re- <br />plat of portions of the 1st Addition of Ramsey Town Center, which included the standard <br />drainage and utility easements. These easements must now be vacated to allow for the recording <br />o~' Ramsey Town Center 8th, 9th, and l0th Additions, which include new drainage and utility <br />easements. He explained it takes a public hearing and Council ordinance to eliminate some of <br />the underlying drainage and utility easements that exist as part of the original Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition.
