Accessory Structures and Uses <br />(d) Swimming Pools. Where noncommercial swimming pools are constructed as accessory structures in <br />residence districts, a four-foot high safety fence with self-closing and self-latching gates or an automatic <br />pool cover is required, except in the AP-agriculture preservation and A-agriculture zoning districts.
