Review <br />zlngus! 3, 2005 <br /> <br />Utilities: Ail lots are proposed to be served by municipal sewer and water. <br /> <br />Park l)edication: The sketch plan was reviewed by the Park Commission at their August 11, <br />2005 meeting. The Commission recommended that park dedication fees for the plat be satisfied <br />by a cash payment. Park dedication fees will be required to be paid to the City prior to the release <br />of'the final plat ~br recording. <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The plat will be subject to Trail Fees, which must be paid prior to release of the final <br />plat fi)r recording. <br /> <br />Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: The plat will be subject to trunk sewer and water fees for each <br />ncwly created lot, payable prior to the release of the final plat for,recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for the new lots <br />being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval must be paid prior to the City's <br />release ol.' the final plat for recording. Stormwater fees will be collected as a part of site plan <br />approval For the Ramsey Office Condominium and Slumberland site plans. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at the <br />Ramsey };ire Station located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final <br />plat approval.
