RIVENWICK SECOND ADDITION <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and Premier Commercial <br />Partners, whose address is PO Box 9, Anoka, MN 55303 (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> · /. <br />Outlot B, R~venw~ck Village, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Or after recording; <br /> <br />l.ots 1 and 2, Block 1, Rivenwick Village 2nd Addition <br /> <br />("Sub. ject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 23, 2005, pursuant to Resolution No.05-08-__, the CITY has <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat is known as RIVENWlCK <br />VILLAGE 2Nl) ADDITION (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, <br />including the DEVELOPER and CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final plat for the Subject Property conforms to the sketch plan for <br />R ivenwick Village 2nd Addition; and ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY requires certain improvements to be constructed within the Plat, <br />which improvements are defined as Stage I and Stage II Improvements in City Code; and <br /> <br />Rivenwick Village 2"a Addition <br />Development Agreement <br /> Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
