She stated the site plan proposes a 34,727 square-foot retail furniture store <br />on a 2.74-acre lot, to be created, as a part of Rivenwick Village 2n° Addition. She indicated that <br />lot coverage [br the site plan~ has been calculated at 29%, which is under-the 35% lot coverage <br />allowed by City Code. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated the building elevation plan indicates that materials will consist <br />o~' concrete block, which complies with City Code.
